How long before you ship my order?

All In-Stock orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, unless otherwise noted on the website. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

All Pre-orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving restock. Restock Updates are posted on our social media platforms and will not be sent to individual customers on an order-by-order basis. Please follow our social media accounts to keep current. You will receive an email notification when your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

How much is shipping? Do you ship to the US or internationally?

We offer (discounted) live shipping rates from Canada Post within Canada for orders up to $100. Shipping is free for orders over $100. Unfortunately, we are not shipping internationally at this time.

I live in Winnipeg. Do you deliver?

We've outsourced our local delivery operations to Trexity, a service that offers live tracking of your shipping within Winnipeg! It is unfortunate that we can no longer offer free delivery for orders of $60+, but we will still honour free delivery for orders of $100 or more.

Do you offer curbside pickup? Is it free?

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2-3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 10am-8pm, Monday-Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

I haven't received my order!

When your order has shipped (2-3 business days after order confirmation), you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@gellybae.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the unique nature of this business and related matters of hygiene and public safety, we cannot allow certain items to be returned.​

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@gellybae.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
